What do your customers see?

Posted on July 22, 2007. Filed under: Uncategorized |

It’s really wet and windy out there, I’m just back from a sunny Barcelona and wanted to do something constructive with my time. I’ve been toying with the idea of short 1/2 day Accessible Information Solutions training sessions. I know that businesses find the legislation around accessibility a bit of a mine field. I want to know if you need the following or am I wasting my time?  What do your customers see?  A new and different perspective to Accessible Information for businesses.   Understand how all of your customers see in very different ways

  • Learn the best way of enabling your customers to get the information they need about your service or product(s)
  • Learn about the different alternatives to text
  • Use of tools to ensure that you always stay within the law.

I’d like to know if a really focused training session with working tools would be of use to businesses out there. Your comments are appreciated
